At Zarcelbloom E-Books, we sell digital ebooks that are delivered electronically after purchase. Please review our cancellation and returns policy below.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before payment is completed. Once payment has been successfully processed and the ebook has been delivered, the order cannot be cancelled.

Returns

Because our products are digital downloads, we generally do not accept returns once the ebook has been delivered or downloaded.

Refunds

Refunds may only be considered in cases where a customer experiences a technical issue that prevents access to the purchased ebook and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team.
